Returns Policy

  • You can return any item for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase
  • Items must be in their original condition with any tags still in place
  • Any items not in their original condition e.g. showing signs of wear or damage will not be refunded and instead will be returned to you
  • When returning items it is advisable to use a service requiring a signature upon delivery, any items ‘lost in post’ will not be refunded by Home Lea Home
  • We will endeavour to process any returned items ASAP but please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods, and once processed, refunds can take up to 5 working days to show in your account

How to return items

Please ensure items are packaged securely and that you enclose your Packing Slip (which was sent in your parcel) with the item/s you are returning clearly marked/highlighted/circled.  There could be a delay in processing your return if these details are not included.

Please make a return request for additional information

A confirmation email will be sent once we have processed your return, but please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.

We advise using a signed for service with the Post Office as we will not be responsible for returned items until they have been received by Home Lea Home

Delivery Policy

Parcels are sent using Royal Mail, larger heavier items are sent using Hermes Courier. The price of shipping is determined by the weight of the items in the basket. We will only post to UK only. We will dispatch your order within 2 working days, please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery.


Free local collection

Choose this option if you wish to collect from us in Beckton E6…Please bare in mind we are home based so collection will need to be by prior arrangement…If you choose this option at checkout please email us using the contact us tab to arrange.
